I've used some Photoshop tutorials for Paint Shop Pro. So as long as you understand Photoshop reasonably well then you should be able to do this ^_^

Or you could just manualy modify the colours yourself ^_^ I'm not entirely sure on what that step with the palet does because it doens't have any real visiable effect that I can see. But none the less I don't think that it would be a problem if you missed out on it ^_^
